3. I was not able to view the tutorial video. For some reason neither of the two internet browsers I have installed would open the video and play it.
4. I was not able to open the articles that I tried choosing. I don’t know if it’s something I missed in the video tutorial but I can’t get my computer to open the files no matter what format I try to save them in.
